I grew up on bierocks and if you've never had them, you are missing out. Bierocks are just yeast rolls filled with sauteed hamburger and cabbage, baked and topped with a little butter and salt and pepper. I always loved it when my mom made these. They are pretty easy to make and you can freeze them for a quick lunch.
Just brown 1 lb. hamburger.
Sautee 1/2 a head of sliced cabbage.
Combine the hamburger and cabbage.
Make 1 package of Pillsbury Hot Roll mix.
Let the dough rest then pull small balls of dough off and roll out to fill.
Pull the edges up around the filling.
Flip over and put on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
Top with butter, salt and pepper and enjoy!
Can't go wrong with bierocks! :)

instead of cabbage, I always use sauerkraut. gives them a nice sour bite!
