We'll be hitting up Mayfest, one of my favorite festivals in town. These are some pictures from last year:

There's a lot more to do at Mayfest than eat and you can see for yourself here.
Then there's the Blue Dome Arts Festival. I'm really looking forward to it this year and am excited to see some friends out there with their booths!
And while we're out and about downtown, I hope we have time to check out the Deco District Chalk Fest. I really think Sweet P would enjoy it.
On top of that, the husband wants to go out to Crawfest 2012. We've never been and it looks promising!
